Biography Rev. Chris Yim

Chris Yim graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1983 majoring in Greek, Latin, and Religion. He has a Masters Degree in Christian Education (1987) and Divinity (1990) from Union Seminary in Richmond, Virginia. He was ordained as a minister in the Presbyterian Church in 1990.   Chris served as the pastor of Cape Fear Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, NC from 1990 to 1994. He served as pastor of Geneva Presbyterian Church in Potomac, MD from 1994 to 1998, prior to coming to Neelsville. He and his wife Lisa were married in 1981, and have three children; Rachel, Rebecca, and David.   Chris enjoys professional stained glass work specializing in Moravian stars. He also, enjoys singing, playing the guitar, reading, puppetry, clowning, and balloon art.
